Our Work with the Communities

Through our Group Foundation the Simba Friends Foundation, we support and have instituted community projects which promote skills development and enhancement of livelihood opportunities for young people in developing countries using information and communication technologies (ICTs) for purposes of selfreliance and life-long learning.

The success of our community programs e.g. the Sega Silicon Valley Community Program in Kenya underpins our commitment to supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged youth with an emphasis on gender balance - discover their potential, build productive skills and link them to opportunities for selfdevelopment, community development and enhancement of self-esteem while encouraging intercultural exchange we have supported and instituted many other community development and youth empowerment programs in Africa andEurope.
